We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to join our shutdown team in Adelaide. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage timesheets, day-to-day administration support, and other operations as required.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, and customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, ensuring smooth operations and shutdown execution.
  • Data entry, completion of charge sheets, and invoicing.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a site administrator role.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to multitask, and utilize initiative and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid C-class driver's license and experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Organized, able to meet deadlines, and pass a Drug and Alcohol Screen.
