The Role

We are seeking a strong property portfolio manager to help lead our vibrant team in South Australia. You will be working with a newly created and well-maintained mixed-use portfolio, requiring you to conduct various management duties.

  • Liaising with Owners Corporations as required
  • Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
  • Prepare agendas and minutes for meetings
  • Prepare budgets for presentations to Annual General Meetings (AGMs)
  • Convene and conduct meetings
  • Provide support and mentor junior team members

Requirements

Candidates with relevant related experience within the property/legal industry will be considered. Ideal but not essential:

Ability to manage diverse portfoliosAbility to manage staffHigh attention to detail and administrative skillsUnderstanding of Strata Legislation and related regulationsExperienced in building and maintaining strong client relationships

Remuneration Package

In return, you will receive a highly competitive salary between $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
