  • Provisional Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) or eligibility for registration with Speech Pathology Australia
  • Current Drivers' Licence

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

As a Music-Based Speech Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive assessments and implementing tailored programs for clients to treat and manage speech, language, learning, and communication disorders.

This role involves working under supervision from experienced speech pathologists and collaborating with registered music therapists to deliver creative, strengths-based, research-informed, and family-centred therapy.

You will contribute to programs of value to participants, integrating creative approaches and fostering transdisciplinary practice.

  • Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS, or willingness to learn
  • Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in creating efficiency and meeting targets
  • Clear, personable, and professional communication, both written and spoken
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Professional communication style to all internal and external stakeholders
  • Good computer skills required for company practice management software
  • Ability to work within a team and autonomously
  • Ability to follow direction and take initiative
  • Demonstrated ability to be creative and willingness to learn our music-based approaches
  • Willingness to support others in the team and be supported

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience
