Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with drivers to ensure timely completion of tasks and adherence to safety guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to manifests, delivery schedules, and compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure effective communication and timely updates.
  • Conduct regular yard walks and spot checks to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Track loads end-to-end to ensure seamless delivery and dispatch.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role within a transport operations environment.
  • Excellent time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and provide timely advice to drivers.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
  • Experience using Excel is highly regarded.
