Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Ambassador to join our team. As a key player in driving business development efforts, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and implementing targeted marketing strategies to support our goals.

About the Role

The Customer Engagement Ambassador will proactively engage with clients, uncover their investment goals, and provide tailored solutions to enhance business development efforts. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to translate complex finance concepts into plain English, and a passion for face-to-face storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively greet visitors and gather insights to enhance business development efforts
  • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to support business development, events, and overall brand awareness
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and events, particularly in how they support business development and achieve sales targets
  • Coordinate team efforts in planning events, ensuring they effectively support business development goals while maintaining high standards and efficiency
Requirements

  • Carry the poise of an event host and hit sales targets
  • Thrive in fast-moving environments, such as weekend crowds and outdoor pop-ups
  • Be flexible to work rotating rosters, late-night shopping, and expo/trade-show weekends
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team
