Your Responsibilities:- Welcome and Assist Visitors
- Personalise High-Calibre Service
- Curate Activations and Events
Collaborate with the customer experience team to develop and deliver engaging events that uniquely engage each location, focusing on wellness, surprise & delight, community and signature experiences.
Facilitate and lead concierge services for customers, including umbrella loans, welcome gift check-outs, restaurant bookings and support with the building app.
Develop communications, social media content and booking links to promote events that foster strong relationships with our community.
