Youth Justice Case Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Youth Justice Advanced Case Manager.
In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting young people who are appearing before or have been sentenced by various courts, including the Children's Court and adult criminal courts. You will contribute to community safety and reducing recidivism by providing case management and support services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A strong understanding of case management principles and practices is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support and guidance to young people to help them achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of effective case management plans that address the unique needs of each young person.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services and maximize positive outcomes.
- A degree in Social Work or a related field is highly desirable.
- Alternatively, a diploma in Community Services Work or other tertiary qualification at Diploma level or above may be considered if it includes units of study in case management/casework practice and has had supervised practical work placements.
- A full driver's licence and current Working with Children Check (WWCC) card are also required.
