Youth Justice Operations Coordinator

We seek a dedicated and experienced Coordinator to lead the day-to-day operations of our Youth Justice Community Support Service (YJCSS) Afterhours team.
This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with stakeholders across various sectors, as well as contributing to the broader leadership of justice programs.
About Our ProgramsOur Justice Programs provide holistic support services for adults and young people involved in the justice system or exiting prisons and/or youth justice centers.
Our programs target individuals who are assessed as high risk/need, with limited social and family networks, limited accommodation, and post-release support options, as well as those experiencing multiple and complex health problems.
Staff deliver quality programs reflecting the social justice principles of participation, equity, access, and respect. Services include intensive outreach support, case management, supported accommodation, drug and alcohol counseling, recreation programs, and employment/training programs.
