Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Commercial Property Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property management group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our commercial properties.

About the Role

  • Assist with the day-to-day management of commercial properties, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, administering leases, and maintaining property management systems.
  • Be the primary point of contact for commercial tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements

  • Passionate about starting or growing a career in commercial property management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine drive to succeed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Current real estate license or certificate of registration.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with real estate software is an advantage – specifically console gateway.
