The OpportunityReporting to the Director Community Services, the Senior Manager Commercial Operations + Property is a key member of Council's Senior Leadership Team. You will drive excellence, inspire creativity, and ensure the division's success in delivering a return to Council to re-invest in other services across the LGA.
This large and complex division comprises 105 employees across 10 sites, with diverse skills ranging from hands-on roles at Tourist Parks and Cemeteries to office-based roles in customer service, property management, and statutory property roles.
- Memorial, burial, and funeral services at six sites
- Beachside accommodation at three tourist parks
- Commercial leasing and licensing
- Statutory property management
- Property development
Circa $250,000 per annum with options for a motor vehicle allowance or lease. Salary will be based on skills, experience, and qualifications.

Requirements- A relevant degree and senior experience in commercial operations and property management
- Strong strategic and operational capabilities
