We're looking for a motivated and experienced Receptionist to join our expanding commercial real estate agency in Wollongong. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for customer service and an interest in the real estate industry to be part of a supportive, fast-paced, and successful team.
About The Role
As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a positive and professional impression of our agency. In addition to front desk responsibilities, you'll support our Sales, Leasing, and Property Management teams with a variety of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls and handle general enquiries
- Maintain office supplies and pantry stock levels
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Perform data entry, records management, and archiving
- Support the team with administrative tasks as required
- Ensure the reception area, meeting rooms, and general office remain clean and presentable
- Previous experience in a receptionist or similar front-desk role is essential
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Professional presentation and a warm, friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence using Microsoft Office programs
- A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail
- A full-time, Monday–Friday position with stability
