Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Property Management Specialist to manage commercial properties, collaborate with owners and tenants to optimize property performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management of commercial properties, including organization of repairs and maintenance, lease administration, and compliance.
  • Act as primary point of contact for commercial tenants, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain and update property management systems, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
About You
  • You have a passion for starting or growing a career in Commercial Property Management, with a strong desire to learn and develop your skills.
  • You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable dealing with people at all levels.
  • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask, problem solve, and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in real estate or property management is preferred, but not essential.
Qualifications
  • You hold a current real estate license or certificate of registration.
  • You have excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build effective and professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with real estate software, specifically console gateway, is an advantage.
