Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and creative Marketing and Promotions Specialist to join our team at our Spring Hill office. As our Marketing and Promotions Specialist, you will play a crucial role in elevating our organization's visibility and attracting new clients. You will manage marketing and promotional activities, ensuring compliance with our organizational policies, the Aged Care Act, and Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to boost organizational awareness, particularly within the aged care sector.
  • Create and manage organizational social media presence and client communications, tailoring marketing strategies to effectively target audiences, ensuring inclusivity for Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CALD) communities.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage promotional events, such as expos, ensuring effective scheduling and execution.
  • Demonstrate strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to build relationships and negotiate with stakeholders, including building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other service providers.
  • Manage multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organizational policies, maintaining high standards in marketing and promotional services.
  • Participate in meetings and assist in developing resources, evaluating outcomes, and providing feedback to the CEO.

Requirements

  • Preferably a background or education in business, marketing, or communications.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, preferably in the aged care sector.
  • Expertise in managing social media and client communications.
  • Strong event coordination skills and ability to handle promotional activities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in high-level computer skills, including MS Office and social media platforms.
  • Ability to work with diverse cultural backgrounds and adapt to varying needs.
  • Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Current Australian Driver's License.
  • Right to Work in Australia permanently with no restrictions.
