We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in delivering unforgettable guest experiences with their energy and top-tier service mindset.
The ideal candidate will drive sales on every shift, smash targets through upselling, product knowledge, and proactive guest engagement. They will understand daily goals and challenges, working with the team to succeed.
Responsibilities include taking pride in the venue, ensuring it's well-stocked and ready to impress at all times. The successful candidate will own their space, be trained in all areas, and bring their A game whether behind the bar, at reception, or running a function.
They will follow all safety and compliance procedures to keep guests and teammates safe, taking opportunities to go above and beyond and anticipate guests' needs.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is unique, passionate about fun, and has excellent customer service, hospitality, or retail experience.
Requirements include a love of interacting with diverse guests - teens, kids, and adults - as well as great availability, including weekends and nights. A valid RSA and WWCC or keenness to get them is also essential.
