About the Job:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee our entire accounts receivable operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing credit risk, supporting working capital objectives, and leading a team of AR Specialists.

- Manage the full cycle of accounts receivable operations, including daily cash applications, customer evaluations and approvals, collections, and account reconciliations.">
- Develop and implement effective credit risk management strategies to minimize losses and maximize revenue.">
- Lead and mentor a team of AR Specialists, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Solutions, and Operations, to ensure alignment and resolve escalated issues.">
- Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field;
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts receivable management or a similar role;
3+ years of leadership or management experience;
Proficiency in using accounting software and ERP systems;
A strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices;
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
