Accounts Receivable Leadership Opportunity

This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing the full cycle of accounts receivable operations, ensuring effective management of credit risk and optimal working capital objectives.

The ideal candidate will lead a team of AR Specialists in daily cash applications, customer evaluations, collections, and account reconciliations.

  • Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage a high-performing AR team to drive efficient cash collection processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new business acquisitions and alignment of AR practices and systems
  • Evaluate and resolve billing issues, payment delays, and disputes in a timely and customer-focused manner
  • Manage and maintain accurate customer master data to enhance system efficiency and user experience
  • Assess and approve customer credit limits according to company policies and risk tolerance
  • Facilitate communication between Sales, Customer Solutions, and Operations teams to address customer account concerns
  • Drive process improvements to optimize AR performance, scalability, and DSO reduction
  • Analyze AR data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for senior leadership guidance on collections and working capital strategies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
