Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and enabling distribution partners across Australia and New Zealand.

The primary objective is to maintain and grow the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) from each distributor.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive growth of revenue through ANZ distribution partners
    • Act as the distributors advocate and liaison to our account team
      • Create and execute strategic growth plans with each distributor in line with financial and qualitative goals
        • Identify and define key growth opportunities within each Distributor either as part of their existing go-to-market or as part of a new bespoke go-to-market
          • Be on site at each distributor at least 1 day per month
            • Upskill and train distribution AE/AMs on the value of our platform and the alignment with M365
              • Facilitate the movement of direct business through distribution (fulfillment)
                • Represent and build our public channel brand through participation in industry events, webinars, blitz days, etc.
                  • Manage a pipeline of distribution-sourced business

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the Microsoft channel ecosystem
    • Experience working with and managing Distribution relationships
      • Experience contributing or owning strategic planning with distributors
        • Exceptional listener, highly empathetic to partner needs and perspectives
          • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize accordingly
