
Customer Service Team Lead

We are looking for a talented and experienced professional to join our team in a key leadership role.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Fulfilment Manager in leading and supporting a team of online personal shoppers to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Fulfilment Manager in day-to-day management of the department, prioritizing tasks and ensuring seamless operations
- Coach teams to deliver outstanding shopping experiences through exceptional store standards in Food Safety, Safety and On-Time Departure Home Delivery
- Ensure timely delivery to customers, meeting their expectations and building loyalty
- Pursue innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth
Requirements:
- Possess passion for retailing, merchandising, team leadership and development
- Able to listen, learn and demonstrate genuine care for both team members and customers
- Demonstrate ability to work collaboratively and end-to-end as one team
- Believe in doing the right thing, adhering to high ethical standards
- Experience leading teams to deliver daily operations of a department
- Previous food safety operational experience
