Lead Customer Service Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to drive high-quality customer service and support for employers and apprentices.


The ideal candidate will have outstanding leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to drive efficiency and performance through effective team management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading a dynamic team to achieve high standards of customer service and assessment services.
  • Preparing and submitting accurate and reliable reports and documentation.
  • Partnering with internal and external customers to create employment solutions that change lives for the better.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience in establishing team member workloads and delegating tasks accordingly.
  • Ability to identify skills & knowledge gaps and provide resources and training when required.
  • Strong understanding of the Australian Apprenticeship Support Services Program and VET sector.
  • Career development qualifications and experience in recruitment practices are desirable.
