Job Title:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Management Leader to oversee our daily trade clearing workflows.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 members, including recruitment, mentoring, performance appraisals, and cross-training.
  • This role requires strong supervisory controls, escalation management, and tracking of KPIs/SLAs for error rates and processing timelines.
About Our Ideal Candidate:
  • A degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field is preferred.
  • Candidates should have at least 12 years of experience in share broking/clearing or banking operations, with 5+ years managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL/NSDL regulations and circulars is essential.
