About the Role
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to ups[/i]kill, cross-skill, and re-skill the workforce of today for the challenges of tomorrow.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients across various industries, ensuring world-class delivery and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive client impact.
  • Proactively problem-solve, escalate issues, and act as a client advocate to resolve relationship issues and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Drive client success through regular touchpoints, progress reviews, and analytics-driven insights.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer/client success, preferably in implementing and managing customer success programs from the ground up.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and technology, with experience in driving business growth through innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
