Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring continued satisfaction and loyalty. As the main point of contact for customer inquiries, you will address concerns and resolve issues promptly. Your collaboration with internal teams will ensure seamless service delivery and support for client needs.

You will identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling to enhance client value and meet business goals. Monitoring and reporting on customer metrics will be essential in tracking performance and identifying areas for improvement. The successful candidate will develop and implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in account management or client relationship roles within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a results-oriented approach to delivering excellent customer experiences. Analytical skills will enable you to drive informed decision-making, while a willingness to travel to client sites is required.

A solid understanding of the industrial and manufacturing industry is necessary, as well as proficiency in working with diverse stakeholders.

Benefits
