Graduate Remuneration & Benefits Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Graduate Remuneration & Benefits Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering, analysing and communicating employee equity grant and/or purchase programs.

This role will provide exposure to Board Papers and Executive Remuneration in an ASX listed company environment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with developing, interpreting and recommending incentive programs
  • Administering employee grant and/or purchase plan(s)
  • Preparing and distributing employee grant documentation and agreements
  • Answering employee questions regarding equity plans and grants
  • Analysis of employee incentive program(s) performance and input on recommendations
  • Producing accurate reports
  • Participating in professional development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have recently completed a university degree in Finance, Business or Commerce and have strong interest in human resources and technology.
