Pre-Sales Solution Consultant Job

This role is a pivotal position within our Managed Services team, responsible for shaping and supporting complex proposals across enterprise and mid-market clients. Our ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and commercial acumen to lead pre-sales activities for Managed Services opportunities.

  • Lead technical pre-sales for Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Modern Workplace opportunities
  • Conduct workshops, solution presentations, and discovery sessions with client stakeholders to understand their needs
  • Develop high-quality RFP/RFI responses and proactive proposals that showcase our services
  • Design onboarding, transition, and operational support models tailored to client requirements
  • Architect end-to-end solutions including infrastructure, service desk tooling, security layers, and governance
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Pre-Sales Solutioning: Proven ability to design and articulate managed services across service desk, infrastructure, and security
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Advanced knowledge of Azure, AWS, and OCI - networking, compute, storage, identity, migration, backup/recovery
  • Cybersecurity: Familiarity with Microsoft Defender, Sentinel, firewalls, endpoint protection, IAM, and monitoring frameworks
  • Microsoft 365: Deep expertise in Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Intune, Defender, Power Platform, compliance, and Teams Calling
  • Service Desk & ITSM: Experience with tooling (ServiceNow, N-Central, NinjaOne), SLAs, escalation paths, and support tiers (L1-L3)
  • Applications & Databases: Exposure to ERP/CRM platforms (Dynamics 365, JD Edwards, NetSuite, SAP B1) and databases (SQL, Oracle)
