Job Title: Global Affiliate Manager

Binance, a leading global blockchain ecosystem, seeks a dedicated and dynamic individual to join its affiliate team as a Global Affiliate Manager.

This role involves collaborating with prominent Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to ensure the effectiveness of their promotional efforts. A significant aspect of the position includes liaising with various internal departments to equip affiliates with the necessary assets and tools to attract more users to Binance.

The ideal candidate will possess an analytical mindset, a background in marketing or public relations, and excellent communication skills for both internal and external interactions. Proficiency in using in-house tools is also required, necessitating quick learning and collaboration with developers to enhance systems and interfaces, resolve issues, and conduct comprehensive analyses of existing data.

Growing an affiliate network through cold outreach to YouTubers, media, influencers, managing key accounts, creating and executing promotional campaigns with a focus on return on investment (ROI), building reports using internal data, optimizing overall affiliate channel performance, monitoring competitor space, and detecting fraud are essential responsibilities of this role.

To succeed, the Global Affiliate Manager must have experience in managing large affiliate programs, preferably in the fintech space, ideally in the crypto space. A business development background is a plus, as well as fluency in English and additional languages. The ability to work with media, celebrities, key partners, or influencers is also highly valued.
