International Partnership Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to support new and existing university partners with their inquiries. This role involves managing inbound inquiries, ensuring exceptional service levels and compliance are maintained.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding partnership support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting enquiries from university clients of the International Partnership Team.
  • Meting required client service level expectations.
  • Building effective client stakeholder relationships to support Senior Partnership Manager.
  • Regularly seek feedback from Clients on service levels and ensure prompt and effective resolution of any customer or client issues.
  • Maintaining knowledge of Bupa products and services.
  • Identifying sales and service opportunities with agent partners.
  • Ensuring updated marketing materials are shared across agent client portfolios.
  • Ensuring that the appropriate sales systems are kept up to date and follow due sales processes.
  • Supporting on-site activities for university partners, including orientations, seminars etc.
