Job Title:

Program Director, Senior Secondary Pathways.

This is a 15-month fixed term, full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025, with possible extension and/or permanency. As a Program Director – Senior Secondary Pathways, you would work collaboratively with the Principal and members of the leadership team to provide educational leadership within the school and the community.

  • You should promote and implement the school's vision and encourage school staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of the school's vision and goals.
  • Provide direction and purpose to the whole College and build capacity and cohesion amongst staff within the Vocational Education and senior secondary pathways portfolio.
  • Make valuable contributions to the College's Strategic Plan and participate in decision-making.
  • Promote the college vision and strategic direction and implement policies and programs, working alongside school leaders, teachers, and other members of the college community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Display exemplary teaching, learning, and behaviour management practices.

• Strong knowledge of Department of Education documentation and Vocational Education and Training policies.

• Highly efficient communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with others.

• Manage significant resources.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of the Western Australian Certificate of Education (WACE), Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA), vocational education, and School Curriculum and Standards Authority (SCSA) policy and procedures.
