About the Role: This is a twelve-month fixed-term full-time position commencing Term 4, 2025 with possible extension and/or permanency. The role involves shaping the learning culture of the school with a strong emphasis on curriculum development while actively promoting the school's values, ethos, and strategic priorities. As an educational leader, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings, fostering the professional growth of staff through coaching, and leading whole-school initiatives. You will also contribute to improving student outcomes by managing resources effectively and ensuring high-quality educational standards.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide educational leadership focused on improving student outcomes • Support the Principal in developing and implementing the school's Strategic and Operational Plans • Foster the professional growth of staff through coaching and mentoring • Lead whole-school initiatives to promote student engagement and success • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes • Manage resources effectively to ensure high-quality educational standards
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: • High-level interpersonal and public relations skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships • Professional knowledge and ability to apply this knowledge to ensure high-quality educational outcomes • Ability to manage staff, physical, and financial resources effectively • Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and other stakeholders • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Eligibility: To be eligible for this role, you must: • Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or have a valid visa with relevant work rights • Hold registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia • Obtain a valid Working With Children Check before starting • Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a current Screening Clearance Number issued by the Department of Education's Screening Unit before starting
