Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary Educator Leader to join our team at Nido Banksia Grove.

This role involves leading and developing the curriculum, actively encouraging children's learning and development to support their strong sense of identity.

  • You will work closely with the Early Childhood Teacher and Leadership team to ensure excellent educational practices are delivered.
  • This collaborative approach will allow you to rise and flourish in a supportive environment.
About You
  • You must hold a Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent.
  • You should have extensive experience in leading a team within a childcare service.
  • You possess strong communication and time-management skills.
  • You hold a valid Working with Children Check and a current First Aid Certificate.
  • You are committed to exceeding outcomes for children and educators.
  • You are able to work on a full-time basis, with a fixed-term contract for 12 months with a chance to be extended.
