Educational Leader role at Goodstart Early Learning – Ocean Reef, North Perth Region. Employment Type: Full time 38 hours per week. Pay: Up to $39.35 per hour.

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you\'ll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You\'ll deepen the team\'s understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team, you\'ll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

• Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children.
• Deepen the team\'s understanding of child development and early years content.
• Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice in collaboration with the centre leadership team.

• Prime Location – 5 minutes from the beach, surrounded by nature, with two large parks within walking distance. Centre overlooks the local primary school, with a transition-to-school program launching in Term 4. A new development featuring shops and eateries is under construction just across the road.

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current WA Working with Children Check

If you have previous experience leading change in education and hold a Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education), a Diploma qualification, or an ACECQA approved equivalent, we'd love to talk about which opportunities would be the best fit for you.
