Lifestyle Experience Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lifestyle Coordinator to lead our team in delivering high-quality services to residents.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in leisure and health, with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Lifestyle Services Assistant or Coordinator within Aged Care or Community Services.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to create and implement innovative programs that cater to specific resident needs. They must also be knowledgeable about current Aged Care Quality Standards and have the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff at all levels.
