**Job Opportunity:**The Lifestyle Coordinator role is a dynamic position that focuses on delivering exceptional care and services to residents in a residential aged care community.

This opportunity involves developing and implementing activity programmes that promote the psychological, social and physical wellbeing of our residents. The successful candidate will also oversee a team of lifestyle officers who provide support and assistance to residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity programmes and social activities
  • Oversee a team of lifestyle officers
  • Engage with residents and staff effectively
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Lifestyle and Leisure
  • Previous experience managing a small team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer literate and able to complete documentation and reports
  • Be highly organized
