**Your Role:**

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong rapport with customers
- Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately
- Develop and maintain product knowledge across all business pillars
- Maintain store standards, assist with visual merchandising, and ensure presentation is high-quality
- Contribute to meeting sales targets, budgets, and KPIs
- Assist with stock control, quality management, and follow national guidelines
