Job Description

The Site Delivery Manager will be a key member of the Data Center Development (DCD) team, providing leadership and expertise in the delivery of data center projects. This role requires strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to self-direct and lead cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Processes: Create and maintain best practices to identify cost-effective solutions, drive deployment of solutions, and facilitate decision-making.
  • Communication: Regularly review project metrics, provide project status reporting, and coordinate meetings and activities with vendors, cost managers, and integration of lessons learned.
  • Accountability: Develop, manage, and report on safety, scope, and schedule, while ensuring compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and specifications.
  • Vendor Management and Contract Compliance: Provide vendor oversight, manage resources effectively, and maintain accurate records of mission critical activities.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Location: Varies based on project needs.

Requirements:

This role requires a strong background in data center design, engineering, controls, and operational requirements, as well as deep experience and expertise in electrical and mechanical systems.

A successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
