We are seeking an experienced Site Foreman to join our team to work on high-end residential builds across Sydney. The successful candidate will lead a team of skilled tradespeople, ensuring the successful delivery and completion of each project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Carpenters, Apprentices, and Sub-contractors
  • Interpret and execute site plans, construction drawings, and scope of works
  • Manage project timing and the impact of other trades
  • Organise and manage other trades on-site
  • Support and develop Apprentices
  • Responsible for workplace health and safety
  • General building and carpentry work

Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a Site Foreman or Site Manager working on high-end residential builds
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • High-quality workmanship
  • Team player
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and planning skills
  • Good IT skills with experience in construction management software

Qualifications/Certificates:

  • Cert IV Construction Management or Diploma
  • Cert III Carpentry
  • White card
