About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring timely completion, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise construction activities on-site, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams for efficient project delivery.
  • Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Oversee daily site operations, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues, and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and consultants to maintain open lines of communication.
  • Manage project schedules, resource allocation, and budgetary control to meet project milestones while adhering to financial constraints.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the site team, fostering a cohesive working environment focused on achieving project objectives effectively.
Requirements
  • Trade qualification or a building-related qualification.
  • Experience in site supervision and management of large construction projects, including planning, programming, and management of subcontractors and site labor.
  • Site Supervisor Open BSA License (mandatory requirement for QLD supervisors).
  • First Aid certificate.
  • Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
  • Certificate IV in Occupational Health and Safety advantageous.
