Konica Minolta Business Solutions Australia is seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our NSW Print Production team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service and support to our valued customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a professional approach to dealing with customers. You will also possess a keen desire to learn and apply new skills in a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and support Colour and B&W print equipment and ancillary products with associated software and services solutions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance on customer equipment.
  • Work collaboratively with the NSW Service Team to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role and/or network, IT, and technical knowledge/understanding.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Driver's License and Working with Children Check.
  • Current Australian working rights are essential (Visa sponsorship is not available).
