The role requires a skilled and experienced maintenance professional to join the team in Sydney.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, managing key account maintenance programs, establishing and auditing local supplier networks, and assisting customers with breakdowns and general enquiries.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer support
  • Managing key account maintenance projects
  • Developing and maintaining local supplier relationships
  • Supporting customers with technical issues and queries
  • Evaluating additional work requests against issued maintenance authorisations
  • Ensuring effective cost control of assigned tasks
  • Offering expert advice on commercial vehicle maintenance

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to adapt to changing priorities and demands
  • Strong organisational skills and experience in customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of fleet management products, services, systems, and processes
  • Relevant trades or mechanical qualifications highly regarded
