Rental Fleet Agent

The Rental Fleet Agent plays a critical role in ensuring our fleet of campervans is maintained at the highest standards, enabling our customers to embark on unforgettable journeys.

  • Conduct systematic inspections to vehicles and diagnose problems on vehicles' mechanical, electrical, heating, and water systems.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on campervans and motorhomes, including preventive and corrective maintenance, light bodywork repairs, campervan spare parts substitution and repairs, and campervan appliances troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with external partners and coordinate the execution of vehicles' interventions with external suppliers and regional teams.
  • Move campervans to and from local vendors, parking facilities, or other depots.
  • Maintain depot equipment and spare parts organized and clean.
  • Maintain spare parts inventory systems updated at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

The Rental Fleet Agent's primary duties include maintaining the high standard of our campervan fleet, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and developing strong relationships with external partners.

Requirements:

  • A degree in mechanics, mechatronics, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in hands-on mechanical and electrical repairs, preferably in the campervan industry.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is preferred.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • Excellent English language skills and effective communication abilities.
