
Fleet Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Fleet Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety and regulatory standards.
The ideal candidate will have relevant trade qualifications and experience in vehicle maintenance and repair. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

">- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues with vehicles.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry best practices.
- Relevant trade qualifications (e.g., MVTC) essential.
- Certificate III in commercial vehicle mechanical technology or higher; or equivalent experience with 4–5 years in a similar role.
- Experience with service and maintenance of vehicles (training provided).
- Knowledge of WHS regulations and company policies; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience working in a team on daily maintenance and repair schedules; proactive with a drive for continuous improvement.
- Physically fit and willing to undergo pre-employment medical checks and Working with Children checks.
- Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or unrestricted working rights; current unrestricted Australian driver's licence.
- Earning potential: $110,000 - $120,000+.
- Hourly rate: $38.69 - $42.44 depending on skills and experience.
- Tool allowance and attendance allowance.

The following skills and qualifications are required for this role:
- Trade qualification (e.g., MVTC)
