Mobile Test Automation Lead

As a Mobile Test Automation Lead, you will play a key role in driving automation excellence across our mobile platforms. You will lead and mentor a team of test professionals to deliver quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain robust mobile test automation frameworks to ensure seamless integration with DevOps teams.
- Analyse solution designs and documentation to create comprehensive test cases that meet the highest standards.
- Conduct thorough API and UI testing using tools like WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API to identify bugs and areas for improvement.
- Mentor QA team members to deliver quality outcomes and provide guidance on best practices for mobile test automation.
- Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps to inform data-driven decisions.
- Support manual testing and regression builds as needed to ensure continuous delivery of high-quality solutions.
- 7+ years' experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation (WebdriverIO, Postman, Ready API)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Proficiency in SQL and API testing to drive data-driven decision making
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is a plus to bring valuable expertise to the table
- Able to troubleshoot and identify bugs across tech platforms to deliver exceptional quality
