Quality Assurance Manager

This role is for an experienced Quality Assurance professional who can lead and guide a team of test professionals in driving automation excellence across mobile platforms.

  • Develop and maintain robust mobile test automation frameworks to ensure the highest standards are met.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.
  • Analyse solution designs and documentation to create comprehensive test cases that cover all aspects of the system.
  • Conduct thorough API and UI testing using WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API to identify bugs and issues.
  • Mentor and guide QA team members to deliver high-quality outcomes by providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Report on test progress and outcomes using Azure DevOps tools to track and measure performance.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • At least 7 years of experience in mobile Quality Assurance and test automation, with a strong focus on WebdriverIO, Postman, and Ready API.
  • A solid understanding of Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency in SQL and API testing to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in insurance domain and CRM/UI testing is highly desirable.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and identify complex technical issues across multiple platforms.
