Role Overview

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in advancing our Transformation and Change (Technology Adoption Change Management) practice, contributing to the successful execution of high-quality projects for our clients.

You will be tasked with prioritizing the user experience in all our initiatives, focusing on the essential 'people aspect' of change during the design and implementation of new technologies. This involves evaluating existing challenges, formulating and executing technology adoption change management strategies, and facilitating training and communication efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments of change impacts, analyzing training needs, and developing user personas and business scenarios.
  • Creating and implementing change strategies, leading initiatives aimed at cultural transformation and alignment objectives.
  • Designing and customizing materials such as videos, user guides, and awareness communications.
  • Delivering product-specific and scenario-based training sessions both virtually and in-person.
  • Fostering a positive perception of change by crafting effective messaging and strategies to address resistance, enhance change acceptance, and highlight benefits.
  • Participating in demonstrations and promotional events at client locations leading up to technology launches.
  • Engaging with end-users through interviews, focus groups, and support during launch phases.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the success of change and adoption initiatives.
  • Staying updated on product developments within the Microsoft ecosystem to enhance our resources and internal knowledge.
  • Contributing to the ongoing innovation of our methodologies and deliverables.
  • Collaborating with Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle and assisting with project resource and budget management.
  • Participating in marketing events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in crafting and disseminating communications to both internal teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint Online.
  • Knowledge of PROSCI or similar change management frameworks.
  • Ability to engage stakeholders, comprehend business requirements, facilitate workshops, and document findings.
  • Experience in conducting training sessions.
  • Background in communications and stakeholder engagement is highly desirable.
  • Consulting experience is also highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to create tailored user training materials (guides, videos, flyers).
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Certifications:

  • PROSCI certification is highly desirable.
  • Microsoft Adoption Specialist Certification is desirable.
