The Facilities Coordinator position involves providing exceptional customer service and facilities administrative support in a dynamic corporate environment. This fast-paced role requires the ability to adapt to changing situations, prioritize tasks, and maintain high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver effective facilities management solutions and support across multiple locations.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including facilities management, engineering, and base building personnel, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding all facilities management matters.
  • Manage contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and risk management guidelines.
  • Monitor and report incidents in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strict adherence to client Facility and Engineering Guidelines when executing works.
  • Promote and embody the company culture, setting an example for colleagues by upholding required behaviors and holding others accountable for their actions.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations through adherence to established systems.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders on-site.
  • Minimize environmental risks to protect clients and their employees.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, coupled with up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • The ability to follow standard procedures and maintain high-quality work practices.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, along with polished corporate style and presentation.
  • A proactive attitude, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs.
