Facilities Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Facilities Coordinator. This is an entry-level position that offers valuable career experience working with a prominent corporate client.

In this role, you will provide high-level customer service and facilities administrative support in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will work closely with the facilities management team to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Key responsibilities include managing contractors, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and reporting incidents. You will also have access to training, mentoring, and wellbeing programs, as well as opportunities for career growth within our Global Workplace Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide facilities management solutions and support across the client's portfolio
  • Coordinate with facilities management, base building, and engineering team members to ensure delivery of exceptional service
  • Act as primary liaison with clients regarding all facilities management matters
  • Manage contractors and ensure compliance with safety and risk management protocols
  • Report incidents and ensure all works are conducted in accordance with client guidelines
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards
  • Polished, well-presented corporate style with excellent relationship management skills
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • High level competency with MS Office programs
