Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced administrative professional to join our team as an NDIS support coordinator. This role will require the ability to coordinate rosters, manage administrative tasks, and provide high-quality support to our clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage rosters for NDIS support workers effectively.
  • Manage administrative duties including data entry, correspondence, and report preparation efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional support to clients and staff, including communication and coordination of care.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • Thorough knowledge of the NDIS is essential.
  • Experience in roster coordination and administration is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
  • Ability to think independently and objectively is necessary.
  • Proficiency in computer software and ability to learn quickly is expected.

This is a full-time position requiring 8 hour shifts. The successful candidate will be working in person at our Melbourne office location.
