This expression of interest is for the Part Time Customer Banking Specialist role, working in our North West Area branches. Opportunities exist to work across various schedules listed below; please confirm your ability to commit to these hours before applying as they are pre-determined.25 hours per weekMonday - Friday: 9:30am–2:00pm; orMonday - Friday: 11:00am–4:00pmAs a Customer Banking Specialist Relief, you may be required to travel between the branches within our area.
The North-West area covers the following locations: Gladstone Park, Glenroy, Highpoint, Moonee Ponds, St Albans, Watergardens, Broadmeadows, Craigieburn, Airport West, Keilor Downs, Niddrie & Roxburgh ParkDeliver exceptional customer service and support by having in-depth conversations with customers about their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial AdviceSupport customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit productsComplete financial health checks to assess customers' financial needs and identify any changesProvide options for the customer through education and demonstration of our in-branch technology and digital banking optionsProblem solve and provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures and drive our risk-adverse cultureWe're interested in hearing from people who haveProven experience delivering exceptional customer service ideally in financial services, retail or hospitalityExcellent communication skills and the ability to articulate financial terms in a clear wayThe ability to ask the right questions, find solutions, act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you doAbility to work in a busy, commercial and driven environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutionsA genuine interest in building a career that improves the financial wellbeing and lives of our customersIf this role matches your experience and career goals, apply today
