Key Role:

As a Commercial Banking Specialist, you will facilitate customer relationships to understand their goals and needs, providing relevant and timely solutions.

You will proactively engage customers to support their business and personal objectives, preparing for conversations with valuable insights.

Be a brand ambassador within the regional business community, building awareness of our banking proposition.

  • Originate a range of solutions for businesses, including commercial lending up to $1M, asset finance, merchant facilities, and everyday banking services.
  • Engage customers to support their business and personal goals.
  • Prepare for customer conversations with a view to providing valuable insights.
  • Build awareness of our banking proposition within the regional business community.
Requirements:
  • Experience in commercial lending or B2B sales.
  • Home lending and self-employed lending experience.
  • Sound financial analysis skills and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder engagement/management skills.
  • Excellent customer engagement skills (both face-to-face and non-face-to-face).
  • FSRA Tier 2 Accreditation, or ability to obtain this within first 30 days.
  • Credit Approval Authority (CAA) Level 1 or willingness to obtain this within 6 months.
