In this position, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe operation of front-end loaders and other equipment vital to our grain storage and logistics process.

About the Role

We have a mix of positions available across the group. As a front end loader operator, you will play a key role in grain movement, storage, and export readiness. You will work closely with site staff and contribute to the success of our supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely and efficiently operate front end loaders for grain movement and bunker management.
  • Support road transport operations, including outturning activities.
  • Maintain grain quality during the handling and movement process.
  • Ensure bunkers, silos, and storage areas are clean, organised, and well-maintained.
  • Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment.
  • Lead and support seasonal staff during peak periods.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in mobile plant operation e.g. front-end loaders, excavators, and/or heavy vehicle machinery.
  • A strong commitment to safe work practices and attention to detail.
  • Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to assist across a range of site activities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
