Job Role

We are currently seeking an individual for an immediate start at one of our sites in NSW (working at other nearby sites as required) in a permanent capacity.

The core activities include:

  • Sampling/receiving grain at the site (using spears and testing for quality against specifications)
  • Monitoring the flow of grain from truck unloading onto equipment
  • Protecting and storing grain in silos (includes building and breaking down bunkers)
  • Sweeping, shovelling, blowing down dust and general housekeeping activities including site presentation
  • Operating various pieces of equipment

About Your Experience

Candidates will have prior experience in labouring roles and be able to work in confined spaces (ideally they will hold a certificate).

A current driver's license is an essential requirement.

Candidates will also display:

  • Good communication skills plus a positive attitude
  • Safety-conscious behaviour
  • A forklift ticket or an HR Truck licence will be advantageous
  • Reliability and a willingness to learn
  • Basic computer literacy
